Mikri Vigla is located 18 km south of Naxos Town and is considered to be as one of the most beautiful places on the island. The rock of Mikri Vigla, separates the sandy beaches of Parthena and Mikri Vigla (or Sahara). Pathena is in the north, it is 500 meters long and it is a meeting place for surfers from all over the world. The other one, lies in the south and is about 3 Km long.

In the area there are also many beautiful sandy coves. Mikri Vigla is an excellent choice for those who wish to spend their vacation away from the crowds and on the beach.
